DP04_0136E/M publishes the same collapsed universe as B25070_001 minus B25070_011. The two were checked against each other for all 51 jurisdictions and agree exactly, so the published margin of error is used rather than an approximation.
Used only to source the denominator margin of error. It does not change any percentage.
Open the source →U.S. Census Bureau
Prescribes the proportion formula used for both measures and directs users to prefer a published collapsed margin of error over an approximation.
A methods reference, not a data source. Margins of error are published at the 90% confidence level.

Errata notes were scanned for anything naming B25070, S2701 or DP04 in the 2024 vintage. One note was flagged, read and ruled inapplicable; it concerns telephone-service estimates from 2015, 2016 and 2019.
A released 1-year vintage is not routinely revised, but it can be corrected or suppressed. This scan replaces the assumption that it cannot.
